Free Shipping on All U.S. Orders
We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States — no minimum order required.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
U.S. Delivery Estimate
Free Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
International Shipping
At this time, we have limited international shipping availability. International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website or via the Shop app.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at linweihong1964@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
